Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days
- We understand that purchasing personal items online can be challenging, so we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Therefore, all orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase for a full refund (damage due to normal wear and tear is not eligible for replacement). Please note that most items from our store can be returned in their original packaging, provided they are unused. Return shipping costs are not included. Shipping fees and additional service charges, such as gift wrapping, are non-refundable.
- However, we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.
- Please note that after an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return labels will be provided only for defective products within the policy time.
- Return shipping costs vary depending on the product weight, your shipping location, and the express delivery you choose.
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
- After Processing: If the order has already been processed, a small fee may be deducted from the refund to cover interception costs.
- After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, you may return the product upon receipt for a refund. The refund will be processed within 7~10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Address Issues
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and we are unable to contact you after three attempts, a refund will be issued with the shipping costs deducted. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 week. All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.

Returns Without Label
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. We is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
Note: Please do not return your purchase to the address shown on the package.

Tea Returns & Exchanges
- Unopened Packages: Can be returned within 30 days following the standard return policy.
- Opened or Tasted Teas: Due to quality and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened tea packages.
- Recommendation: If purchasing high-value teas, we recommend buying a sample first to ensure the taste suits you before committing to a larger purchase.
